Your appointment may be cancelled if you are more than 10 minutes late to your scheduled time.

We ask that you call ahead to cancel or reschedule your appointment a day before your scheduled time. Any cancellations/changes/no shows made within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a fee of 50% of your booking.
