BOOKINGS

All bookings require a credit card to be kept on file to secure the appointment. This information is held securely and will only be charged in accordance with our cancellation policy. Any bookings made without a credit card on file will be automatically cancelled. Please ensure your credit card details are up-to-date when scheduling your appointment.

CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES

Any cancellations or changes to your appointment must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. This allows us the opportunity to offer your slot to another client on our waiting list.

24 HOUR NOTICE

We reserve this time especially for you, and therefore, any cancellations, changes, or failure to show up for an appointment within this 24-hour window will incur a fee equivalent to 50% of the booked service(s).

LATE POLICY

Your appointment may be cancelled if you are more than 10 minutes late to your scheduled time.
